New refrigeration cabinet PRISMA provides the opportunity to sell meat products in a traditional way which was established hundreds of years ago at food markets – selling meat in big pieces. Such way of demonstration ribs, heads of pigs or hams is so familiar to customers but yet almost unseen in modern supermarkets with their strict requirements regarding equipment for the sale of fresh meat and its temperature parameters.
PRISMA cabinet has cubical design and can be embedded into the CUBE gastronomic cabinets line. Transparent construction of the new cabinet, high layout of and special backlight provide the customers with all-around view of goods from any place in the sales area. Separate refrigeration system for the lower and the upper part of the cabinet as well as -1/+4°C temperature conditions help to maintain the quality of fresh meat products and meat delicacies such as Parma ham and expensive sausages.
Modifications of PRISMA for confectionery can be also considered.
